Hotel Loewen Lungern

The hotel is located very close to a beautiful blue water lake, providing a calming and serene environment. It's also just a short distance from the train station, making it very accessible. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast spread and a comfortable room with all the necessary amenities.

Some guests have reported issues with outdated and uncomfortable furnishings in the lobby and restaurant areas.

Room (132) seemed quite narrow to me, bed was ok, blanket somewhat thin, TV screen lies across the bed, somewhat uncomfortable. Socket with three inputs somewhat narrow and complicated. . . In the bathroom a small foot carpet is missing, until warm water flows it lasts quite long and varies then strongly. . otherwise ok, no street noise .

Breakfast - room is practically overcrowded with tables and chairs. Why not half as many tables / chairs, but more distance from table to table. Food selection is ok, maybe hot eggs are still on offer,

The location is super approx. 5 -10 walking minutes away from the train station.

It is conveniently located within a walking distance from the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. The hotel rooms offer excellent views from every angle, with balconies to enjoy the scenery. Despite being basic, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a hotel situated in the midst of nature. The location could not have been more perfect, as it was very close to the calming Lucerne lake. The hotel was also conveniently located in the city center and within walking distance from the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent views from every angle.

What a delightful weekend! The hotel was located in a charming village with stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great advice for local sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the range of delicious cuisine on offer, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The noise from passing traffic, but this was a small inconvenience compared to all the positive aspects of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic weekend away.

Great Location and Helpful Staff the hotel was situated in an amazing location, surrounded by beautiful snow peaked mountains and a serene lake. the sight was breathtaking and made my stay even more enjoyable. the staff was helpful and always there to assist me whenever I needed it. they provided me with a great local guide that helped me tour the place efficiently.

Poor Hygiene and Limited Facilities the hotel standards regarding hygiene were quite low. the bedsheets and towels were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was substandard.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, decently clean, balcony, central location, friendly and nice staff.

The location was perfect, with fine views of the lake and mountains. It's very close to the church, and even though the hotel is in a peaceful locale, it's just a short walk away from everything we needed. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, from the neat rooms to the well-kept hotel facilities. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Can't fault anything about it.
